How it works

Turn proven work into better growth opportunities.

CLAVE helps established B2B service businesses choose where to focus, reach the right accounts with stronger buyer messages and improve conversion. That can mean winning new business, earning a larger first engagement or growing beyond the first sale.

One agreed application. Four connected stages.

We choose a specific growth priority with you: reconnect with previous buyers, expand existing accounts, follow up existing engagement or approach new accounts with relevant proof. A small first engagement can be a valuable starting point when there is a credible path to expansion; a bigger deal is not automatically a better one.

  1. 01

    Understand

Map the business’s advantage, growth priority, usable evidence and current constraints. Agree qualification criteria and the first application.

  2. 02

    Build

Prepare the research, evidence, approach, owners and CRM workflows; confirm which tools are compatible.

  3. 03

    Embed

Launch the application, equip the team, practise important conversations and establish follow-through.

  4. 04

    Improve and expand

Examine response, qualification, progression and revenue; refine the work and extend it when evidence and capacity justify doing so.

Depending on the application, we work with sales, marketing, customer success, account owners or founders. We agree which roles are relevant, who owns each action and how follow-through fits into the team’s working week.

We build AI-supported research, proof, messages and follow-up into the tools your team already uses. People check the evidence, judge relevance and lead the buyer conversation. AI and buying signals do not prove budget, readiness or purchase intent.

Choose the routes that fit the opportunity.

Our eight supporting motions are Ask, Be Found, Teach, Show Proof, Leverage Relationships, Create Experiences, Expand Customers and Use Buying Signals. Together they cover direct conversations, discoverable expertise, useful insight, relevant evidence, introductions, events, account growth and changes worth investigating.

We choose a relevant combination for the agreed application. There is no requirement to activate all eight at once.

What to expect before we begin.

What am I buying?
A scoped service to design, build and embed a repeatable opportunity creation capability, including implementation and team guidance. You receive a working process your team can use, rather than self-service software, a purchased list of leads, a fixed meeting quota or a strategy report.
What is live by day 30?
The first agreed application, prepared evidence and actions, applicable CRM workflows, named execution owners and a review process. The 30-day commitment begins at the agreed project start, with required inputs and access available. We confirm these prerequisites and the application’s scope before starting. This is not a promise of company-wide implementation, meetings or revenue within 30 days.
Who executes?
Your agreed commercial owners lead conversations. CLAVE builds preparation and supports adoption; additional execution services are included only if agreed. You provide a commercial owner, agreed access and evidence, and people with capacity to act.
What do we own?
The agreed workflows, organised knowledge and resulting working process. Existing third-party tools retain their own licensing requirements; ownership does not include third-party software or licences.
Does this replace our CRM?
Work starts with the tools your team already uses. Compatibility and any additional requirements, including third-party licences, are confirmed during scoping.
Why bring in CLAVE if our team could do this?
A capable internal team can build this. The work spans commercial judgement, usable evidence, research, CRM implementation and adoption. CLAVE takes responsibility for connecting and implementing the scoped work so your team can use it.
How does it become more predictable?
Track repeated execution, opportunity quality, conversion and sales-cycle timing. Use those observations to improve decisions and planning. A single successful campaign does not establish predictable growth; predictability is developed and measured over time.
What does it cost?
Scope and investment are agreed before the build. The initial 30-day implementation and any ongoing support are scoped separately. Follow-on work can strengthen adoption, improve quality and repeatability, or develop further applications.
